Produces multi layered blooms. Does well during warm summer months with medium watering and full sun. These are tropical bulbs and have to be protected during winter. Grows well in containers. Pot the bulbs 2 to 4 inches deep in well-draining soil. Keep the soil moist throughout the season to allow the bulbs to sprout and through the flowering season. Organic potting soil amended with compost (or) BM7 is recommended for potting. Bulbs develop side bulbs as they mature, expanding their spread.
